I'm not sure if I'm too late to answer this question, seeing is you asked this a month ago ^^;;... BUT, you have to scan your chibi roxas's to your computer using a scanner before you can upload them on DevArt :).

A scanner is a device that actually copies your work onto your computer :).

And as for your literature question: All you need to do is practically the same thing as submitting a regular deviation except that you actually copy and paste your entire story onto DA.
